Nesting Geese 1 : [Update 6-8-05 - We may have found these goslings... It's possible that they moved out of the pond for a short time and then moved back as there are three geese families now living at the pond! One set of goslings appear to be early May hatchlings! I'll post more pics shortly.]

Linda found this nest toward the end of March, 2005. I started photographing shortly afterward. The eggs started hatching on Friday, April 28th and we saw four gosling's that day. The next day, Saturday, there were six gosling's and one egg that didn't hatch. We couldn't make it back again until Sunday when we found four gosling's and assumed that predators had taken two. By Monday morning they were all gone so we assumed that predators had taken the remaining four.
